What is AI Security Advisory?

If your product uses AI, a chatbot, an assistant, or automation behind the scenes, Hayden Williams checks it is safe before someone else finds the gaps. The result is a clear assessment of what is risky, what is acceptable, and what to address first, explained in plain English. It is offered as an Architecture Consultation (a review of plans before you build, from £500) or a Security Advisory (a detailed check of something already built, from £1,800).

What is AI Agents & Automation?

AI agents that assume substantive workload: answering queries, handling documents, and automating repetitive tasks, engineered securely from the outset rather than remediated later. Priced as a day rate (£600/day) or a fixed-scope build (from £4,000).

Practical AI training for a team, whether or not they write code, built around the tools and tasks they use day to day, so participants leave able to apply what they have learned rather than merely discuss it. A half-day session (up to around 12 people) starts from £900; a full-day session with materials to retain starts from £1,500.

What is Ongoing Advisory?

A retainer that secures Hayden Williams' availability on a monthly basis. Clients receive priority scheduling and an adviser already familiar with their product and plans, removing the need to re-establish context each time a question arises. The Advisory Retainer (up to 2 days/month) starts from £1,000/month; the Embedded Retainer (up to 4 days/month of development work) starts from £2,000/month.

How much does consulting cost?

A fixed quotation is provided following a short introductory call, so costs are confirmed in advance. Retainers run for a minimum of three months, then monthly. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

What happens on the free introductory call?

No sales pitch and no jargon. It is a 30-minute call to establish together whether AI merits your investment, and where to begin if it does.
